Cooking shows by Chef Zapata:
Iker Zapata Errasti is a Spanish Chef who has over 20 years of experience, specialized in Mediterranean European cuisine. Iker loves using European products as it has a wide variety of high-quality products and very different ways of preparation. He is creative and has a true passion for cooking.
Below are some of the recipes Chef Zapata will prepare during the Cooking shows:
- Gravad Laks with Danbo (PGI) cheese
- Roasted Lamb Magret with Grana Padano (PDO) cheese
- Braised Polish Short Ribs with Mushrooms
- Ratatouille with Organic smoked Salmon on Organic Rye Bread
Cooking shows will be held from 15:30 to 20:15, twice per hour.
